First time seeing Gonzaga play in person after watching them for 5 years on TV. The best experience ever and truly a dream come true. Had so much fun and would definitely recommend!!

    Battle on Seattle

by Mchiz on 12/13/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

Arena was nice. Flow of getting the concourse was odd. At one end couldnt go all the way around and had to take elevator. At the other end were escalators only going one direction.

    Battle in Seattle

A great place to watch a game from. Only wish the beer/food was a little cheaper.

Upgraded parking resulted in paying twice for parking!

by Bobnotal on 12/8/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

Ticketmaster allegedly upgraded my prepaid parking from Mercer garage to 5th avenue north garage. The address provided for 5th ave garage was not recognized by the apple iPhone map nor was it recognized by google maps. Beside myself, I had two other passengers input the address provided by the address provided by the email from ticketmaster informing me of the parking upgrade. We followed navigation instructions that had us wandering through crowded residential neighborhoods for 40 minutes. As it was getting close to game time I finally had to park in the closest parking lot I could find, incurring another $40 parking charge! Since the address provided by ticketmaster was of no help in locating the 5th ave N garage, how about providing a link to directions that actually work.

    Misaligned steps cause for concern

by Beer catcher on 12/7/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

Section 103 Row U aisle step was twice as high as all others. Presumably, this was due to their portable nature. They were not aligned properly. Throughout the ENTIRE event, folks would come up the steps, and would trip over this one. I caught a beer or two, sitting on the aisle closest to this. We reported this to several ushers, and even someone in security. Minimally, some caution tape could have been placed there, to prevent the trips. Unfortunately, nothing was done. Attendees continued to trip on the out of aligned step. It completely ruined my experience, distracting me from the event. This was a clear failure in safety and service, clearly avoidable. Let's hope the venue can correct this and avoid any personal injury.

Nice venue; need more cold food options

by Gonzaga fan on 12/7/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

We enjoyes the venue for the "Battle in Seattle." Only two thinfs could have made it better. First, having go pay for the monorail for the event was a surprise when ClimatePledge has made it free for Kraken games. For four of us, was no break to park further out and mass transit in. The event was sold out. We likes how easy it was to pick ip concessions. Everything was ready prior to halftime. But because of this, hot food was cold (had the chicken sandwiches and potato wedges). Would prefer to have more options like Jersey Mikes or a salad place that might be easier to have predone (great idea), yet not room temperature. Loved the unlimited soda beverage option.

    Clunky Ticket Process

by Not A Fan on 12/7/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

Take a look at more user friendly ticket transfer platforms. Yours is counter intuitive and archaic. The user can’t tell if the process is complete until arrival at the venue.

    Beyond disappointed

by AGG on 12/7/21Climate Pledge Arena - Seattle

My husband and I were excited to watch Gonzaga play UCLA. That’s why I purchased tickets. When the game changed to Alabama, we chose not to go. That’s not who we thought we were seeing and it was annoying that happened. I lost out on the money I spent for the tickets and a good time because of a change we didn’t know could happen.

The Battle in Seattle was amazing. Appreciated the opportunity to drive my brothers and nephews to a Gonzaga Men's game.
