Q: I have football season tickets, can I request a tailgate parking space?
A: To be eligible for tailgate parking, you must be 2015 ODAF Member at the Blue Knight ($500) level or above. To join the ODAF and receive tailgate parking, please call 757.683.6963
Q: How is tailgate parking allocated every season?
A: Parking is allocated based on your 2015 ODAF membership level and then by priority points within each level.
Q: Why does the ODAF reallocate parking every season?
A: As the campus of ODU continues to grow and new buildings are constructed, parking and tailgate areas are lost. For instance, this season both the Gray and Light Blue Lots have been turned into construction sites for new campus buildings. In an effort to be fair to all of our ODAF Members the ODAF reallocates parking each season.
Q: If I meet the projected donation level, am I guaranteed a space in my requested lot?
A: The ODAF projects the donation amount for each lot based on parking from previous seasons, but there is no guarantee that the projected gift amount will equate to a spot in that parking lot.
Q: If I park with a tailgate group, how are we allocated?
A: In an effort to be fair to our membership, parking will be allocated based on the donor with the lowest membership level.
Q: If I do not want to tailgate, can I receive a garage parking pass instead?
A: ODAF Members at the Blue Baron ($1,000) level and above can forgo their tailgate benefit and request a Red Garage pass. Members below the Blue Baron ($1,000) level can request a Yellow Garage pass.
Q: If I have more than four (4) tickets can I purchase an additional parking pass?
A: Please reference the ODAF Benefits Chart to determine if you are eligible to purchase an additional garage parking pass. Each additional parking pass is $50. Please note that ODAF Members may not receive an additional tailgate parking space, the additional parking pass will be for the garage.
Q: If I lose my parking pass, may I get a replacement pass?
A: If you lose your parking pass, you will be able to purchase a replacement parking pass for $25.
